TERMS OF SERVICELAST UPDATE: 07/27/2025This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Payment will only be accepted through PayPal.
2. Once Seller is ready to start on a project, invoice must be paid in full within one week of receiving the invoice (if this is not met, the commission may be cancelled).
3. For Live2D commissions, payment can be split between base rigging price and add-ons, depending on project details.
3. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.
4. Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
5. Once the commission has been accepted, Seller will aim to complete YCH commissions within 1 month from the sketch start (the time does not start before the first WIP is sent) and Live2D commissions within 2 months from the first progress video.
6. If Seller cannot complete it within the designated timeframe, Seller will ensure to get in contact with any delays to the Customer.
7. A rush fee option is available, however it will cost 75% of the commission and Seller may not be able to accept it if the deadline is too tight.
8. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address provided by Customer.REVISIONS - YCH CHIBIS/EMOTES
9. Customer has the right to three revisions in the sketching phase (additional changes will be charged accordingly).
10. Once the Customer has approved to start lining & colouring, only the colour can be changed (not the linework).REVISIONS - LIVE2D RIG
11. Customer has the right to three revisions while the model rigging is in process.
12. Once the first version of the final model is sent to the Customer, up to five minor alterations will be offered (additional changes will be charged accordingly).REFUND POLICY
13. There will be no refunds from the client side. Please be certain before requesting a service.
14. A refund will only happen if A. Seller is unable to complete a commission, B. there's been no progress for two consecutive months after the deadline, or C. when Product has not been completed within four months after the deadline. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work can be agreed separately, before the work commences.
15. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
16. YCH commissions are for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, (modifying the work, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes) will require a commercial license and Customer will be charged 3x the starting price.
17. Live2D commissions are priced for commercial use by default, including applications such as streaming or merchandise. No additional commercial fees are required.CANCELLATIONS
18. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
19. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed.COMMUNICATION
